Ghosts of Stagger Past
More historic moments that make up the Santa Crawl experience. Of course,
names have been omitted to protect the innocent and the guilty.

Jimmy (below *with the spectacles*) was a long-time Head Santa, although Guy
has been leading it in recent years. Like a General leading his
troops to battle, the Head Santa carries the Agenda, Song Sheets, and the attitude.
We have found that our numbers and
general cheer draws applause from all kinds of people. In the example below, a group
of Japanese tourists clamor for a group shot (we later discovered, however, that they were
not tourists at all, nor were they Japanese).
To the untrained observer, these
Santas may look like drunkards. In truth, most
Santas have successful lives in addition to their drinking and general societal
problems.
Of course, the Santas truly kick things off at Hooters in the Inner Harbor.
